I work with boards and investors to fix Post-PMF B2B mission-critical SaaS companies in regulated industries, typically $5-$50M revenue, when ARR growth, margins, operating models, technology, and decision-making have fallen out of sync — typically in turnaround or post-acquisition situations, before valuation destruction becomes irreversible.

I have spent my career operating inside complexity: scaling, fixing, and restructuring B2B software businesses under capital, governance, and time pressure. My work has spanned CTO, COO, and CEO roles, often in situations where performance gaps were already visible but the underlying execution failures were not.
This site exists as a byproduct of that work.

My focus is not strategy formulation, but execution under constraint: how decisions are made, delayed, escalated, or avoided—and how those patterns quietly determine outcomes in software businesses. I am particularly interested in failure modes that do not appear in dashboards: decision latency, governance drift, incentive misalignment, and operating model decay.
These are rarely talent problems. They are system problems.
